Job Description

•	Develop and present marketing and sales strategies for luxury goods or luxury hotel.
•	Creating sales kits and tools suitable for the residences targeting in liaison with third party consultants.
•	Prepare the relevant legal documents in liaison with the appointed law firm.
•	Develop unique sales strategies aiming for targeted purchaser.
•	Manage and operate show villas of the residences including marketing events.
•	Manage all social media accounts for the company in liaison with third party consultants.
•	Conduct market research to capture trend of sales of residences in Bali and identify target and report to President Director monthly.
•	Manage leads from our group companies and the hotels we owned.
•	Manage real estate agents including conducting agent brief and schedule of viewing.
•	Develop data base of prospective purchasers and log sales activities for each prospect.
•	Explain terms and conditions of sales and purchase contracts of residences to the prospective purchasers and
•	Explain architectural and engineering features of the residences to prospects and search answers for inquiries made by prospects by communicating with design and construction management teams of the company.
•	Ensure sales representatives are performing to the best of their ability.
•	Maintain professional relationships with purchasers and prospective purchasers.
•	Other related tasks as assigned 

Job Requirement

•	Fluent English is essential. Native level is preferred.
•	Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of luxury goods, hotels or real estate will be essential.
•	Bachelor’s degree or above in real estate, business, law or accounting is preferred.
•	Basic knowledge of laws and taxes related to sales of real estate in Indonesia.
•	Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
