Job Description
-Maintain and develop existing and new customers through proper plans/efforts and ethical sales methods and maintain relevant internal relationships, to optimize service quality, business development and customer satisfaction.
-Plan, develop and apply Sales & Marketing strategies with effective methods to connect with customers and prospects (potential customers) and always update relevant information.
-Maintain and build good communication with new and existing customers.
-Handle problems and provide solutions to customers Monitor customer needs
-Lead, direct the marketing team and ensure that the Sales & Marketing Department Target is achieved.
-Ensure that the duties and responsibilities of the sales & Marketing team are in accordance with SOP, carried out properly and on time.
-Conduct marketing and sales performance evaluations
-Manage the sales process from start to finish
-Ensure that every project, both New & Current, runs smoothly and according to the agreed plan (On Time).
-Carry out other tasks according to instructions from the Director
Job Requirement
・Have business Japanese skill (above N2,certification is not must)
・Have working experience automotive industry and electrical industry
・Have working experience related sales
・Management experience (Assistant manager / Manager up)
