Job Description
- Finding and acquiring new clients
- Prospect for new clients via cold calling, networking & marketing is assigned territory
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are met and identify opportunities
- Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings and client meetings
- Research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelors degree in any field from Marketing Management, Business or Communications is preferred
・Min. 3 years of working experience as Sales/Marketing in Market Research Property business/consultant as Client Services or related
・Experienced and able to manage multiple clients while looking for new opportunities
・Have good knowledge of property
・Strong communication, Negotation and Prospecting skills
・Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
・Ability to understand clients needs and negotiate cost and services
・Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
