Job Description
- Drive sales efforts in 3PL logistics services, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling additional logistics services
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with logistics strategies
- Assist in developing and executing sales plans, conducting market analysis, and gathering customer feedback to optimize business growth in the 3PL sector
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends for management review
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Min. high conversational Japanese (JLPT N2 certification) and high conversational English
- At least 1 year of Sales experience
