Sales activities, such as ;
-Developing the new clients(BD)
-Increasing the amount of deal between the existing clients ※Client PIC is procurement department.
SIIX's sales is not just selling a particular product, firstly they need to ask the client's needs and plan how to provide the solution. The 2 basic solutions are;
1) Manufacture the product in SIIX EMS, Indonesia and deliver it.
2) Import the product from overseas, and deliver it.
So the sales person needs to have a sense of project management, regarding the client's business plan, inventory, importing, production schedule, delivery schedule.
Requirements :
・ Experience in procurement department.
・Experience in motor parts supplyer industry or erectric industry.
・Japanese skill above N2 or equivalent level.(Oral and writing)
・English skill at conversational level.
Preferable requirements :
・Have experience in Japanese company.
Remuneration :
Basic salary, Allowances, yearly bonus, THR
