Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote product
- Achieve sales target
- Identify and cultivate relationship with clients
- Market research and analysis of trends, competitive landscape and market needs
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal members (marketing, product development, logistics)
- Ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts and pricing
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms in order to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and process
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Sales handling Soy Bean Meal, or Grains, or animal feed materials to industrial (customers)
・Good understanding of animal feed market and strong networking with the industry
・Solid communication skills, strong coordination skill, smart
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to speak Hokkien or Mandarin
