Job Description
Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Target including volume, value and other quantitative target set by management through leading, coaching, and directing the assigned distributor KAM and supervisor
- Monitor retailer's & Distributor's stock level regularly
- Continuously review competitive activities at the marketplace, the daily MD (sales and promotion team) routes and updating them upon prospecting any local modern chain
- Monitor the implementation of the desired distribution targets of product including NPDs as per managements instruction
- Together with the distributor supervisor (on period basis) and also by themselves to visit the market in order to:
1. Ensure the availability & visibility of the core range as per channel as per guidelines.
2. To monitor the placement of POP at outlets as per management instructions
3. To coach as well as give product training to the distributor supervisor and salesmen
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Sales experience & strong understanding in Modern trade
- Good Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong company skill min. MS Office
- Fluent in English
