Job Description
- Drive sales efforts in freight forwarding services, identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment of strategies
- Assist in developing and executing sales plans, conducting market analysis, and gathering customer feedback to optimize business growth
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends for management review
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field
- Min. high conversational proficiency in English
- At least 5 years of Sales experience within the Ocean Freight Forwarding or Shipping industry
