<Job Responsibilities> - Receive knowledge transfer from the incumbent vendor, verify the project document and create manuals as needed - Level 2, 3 support SAP Maintenance projects with SLA committed to the clients - Solve tickets/changes or customize updates for the customer - Work with customer business teams & project teams effectively - Understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・Business English proficiency (fluency in communicating with foreigners regarding technical matters) or Business Japanese proficiency (N1 or N2 level) ・Min. 5 years of experience handling consulting for SAP FI and CO modules and 3+ years handling SAP Maintenance Projects, also experienced in SAP ECC ・Experienced and understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies, evaluating business process as is and to be, accounting & financial principles and localization, translating business process into SAP system, configuration in SAP including testing and providing training to user ・Good communication, good interpersonal skill, good work ethics, flexible and smart <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・SAP FI/CO certification ・Experienced in S/4 HANA
