Job Description
- Improve ART Performance by facilitating cross team collaboration, building trust with stakeholders, coach the IP iteration, facilitate the problem-solving workshop, and help the team to inspect and adapt event. - Facilitate PI Planning in the preparation process, draft PI Plans, create team PI objective, and review final plans and business value - Support iteration execution (backlog refinement, team planning, team sync, review, and retrospective) - Improve flow by establishing the team Kanban board, measure and optimize the flow, and build quality in. - Build High-Performance teams by developing healthy agile teams to create high-value increments of working solution.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Engineering. ・At least 2 years in project management, using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. ・Bonus points for expertise in Scrum or SAFe frameworks. ・Experience in technical roles like programmer, system analyst, or similar positions.
