Job Description
- Japanese–Indonesian/English translation and interpretation for PD and Chairman
- Schedule management for PD and Chairman (meetings, car/ticket/apartment bookings, expat tax support, golf and restaurant reservations, etc.)
- Management and announcement of BOD schedules
- Support for document signing by PD/Chairman
- General Affairs support (strong document management and filing, basic GA tasks such as handling employee requests, event coordination, and company activities)
- Support for reporting and communication with Japan Head Office
- Support for corporate promotion activities
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Business level Japanese (N2) and English
・Having a minimum of 2 years of experience as a secretary/interpreter/GA Japanese Speaker
・Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
・Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external communication
・Proactive in handling urgent or unexpected tasks
・Able to manage sensitive information with discretion
