Job Description
- All of general back office tasks (Mainly GA / Secretary. Using outsourcing for detail matter )
- Process administrative works such as meeting arrangements, accounting record, and legal document creation.
- Facilitate communication between the company members and clients/partners in offline/online channels (If necessary, interpretation between Indonesian and English(Japanese is required)
-Conduct research through desk research and interviews, following the instructions given
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・More than High conversational level Japanese (N2- holder) *Speaking skill and English
・Having back office experience especially GA or secretary
・Can handle multiple tasks accurately and smoothly
・Communicative and flexible personality
