<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage of subordinates in HR Admin and GA department
・Plan and manage people development
・Handle Industrial Relation matters including the dispute
・Coordinate with labor union
・Handle talent management
・Manage labor cost and department expenses
・Negotiate with the government
・Handle compensation and benefits systems
・Manage labor
・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in HR, Law or similar
・Business English proficiency
・10 years of experience as HRGA function and 7 years as Managerial position
・5 years in Japanese manufacturing company including automotive company
・Excellent skill and knowledge in Industrial Relations and People Development
・Excellent skill and knowledge in HRGA system
・Strong personality, persistent, good leadership, hardworking, responsible
・Proficiency in MS Office
・Own SIM A
・Willing to work in Cikarang
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to speak Japanese
