<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for Payroll calculation (actual calculation, etc.) attendance management, approval
- Has knowledge about HRIS System
- Responsible for personnel (recruitment, evaluation, system development) system design and operation
- Responsible for handling Labor (company regulations, employment regulations, employment contracts, update of procedures)
- Review company legal (work for contracts, NDA, etc.)
- Responsible for visa and general affairs procedures for Japanese member
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・3 years of experience as Senior HR Staff.
・Business English proficiency.
・Experience handling Payroll, Training, Pph21.
