Job Description
- Create designs and estimate overall calculations based on client requirements and needs - Create and prepare in the design phase of HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems in collaboration with experienced engineers - Assist the technical office team in preparing mechanical drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and specifications - Attend technical meetings with clients to ensure project alignment and address concerns - Oversee site activities and documentation, including MOS, shop drawings, material approvals, and daily/weekly reports - Report directly to the Chief Representative on project progress and challenges - Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Business-level English - 12-15 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in Construction Consulting, Data Center Construction, or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Construction companies, with expertise in designing and estimating HVAC systems, fire protection, and plumbing - Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
