Job Description
- Visit factories in Central Java 3 to 4 days each week, simultaneously - Understand production management processes - Monitor and review each production item running in the factory - Verify and clarify the production process in detail - Identify potential issues (e.g., delivery delays, quality problems) early to minimize risks - Ensure the factory meets delivery targets - Oversee subordinates, providing guidance and consultation - Consolidate and share reports with the manager - Perform other related tasks as necessary
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Business, or a related field - Min. high conversational English - At least 7 years of experience as a Merchandiser in Retail (Product Development & Management System), Fashion Trading (Product Development & Management System) - Experience handling Production Management (from the development stage to the production process and shipment) - Willingness to travel for business trips to Central Java 3-4 times per week simultaneously
