Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversee and manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring cost control and value for money
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Identify and mitigate potential financial risks associated with projects.
- Manage the procurement process, including the selection and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular valuations of work in progress and prepare interim and final payment applications.
- Provide accurate and timely cost reports and financial statements to senior management.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors and other team members.
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor’s Degree from Malaysia related construction like Quantity Survey, Civil engineer, Architecture etc..
・Min. Business Level English proficiency (fluency in communicating technical report and discussion orally and written to foreign clients)
・Min. 15 years of working experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction head office with experience handing clients from abroad, with experience in handling high rise building, factory, hotels, warehouse
・Willing to do business trips in Bali, Batam, East Java, Jabodetabek
・Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and detail oriented
<Preferrable Skill / Experience>
