Job Description
1. Set up sales plan and execute company sales strategy to attain the sales target
2. Develop sales PIPELINE and carry out solutions selling according to sales cycles
3. Maintain good customer relationship
4. Assist and support relevant marketing activities
5. Complete non-finance KPI indicators and any other tasks assigned by line manager
Job Requirement
1. Above or equivalent (bachelor or above, from well-known university)
2. A minimum of 3 years working in the IT hardware field (Data Storage) industry
3. Experienced in sales result oriented, knowledge in Financial industry is a plus
4. Skillful in handling all sales issues in sales cycle (solution selling)
5. Comfortable with Multi National Companies internal processes
6. Ability to get in details, and solve problems
7. Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
8. Ability to speak and write Business level English
9. Proficient in MS Office
10. Familiar with sales documents processing, such as sales contract and various business documents. Proficiency the quotation process
11. Good team work capability: work efficiently with co-workers
12. Adhere to all company policies and business ethics codes, work under company procedures and control sales expenses
