Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist in conducting laboratory training
- Provide support in preparation for tradeshows and seminars
- Work together with the management to develop customer projects locally and global projects
- Expert in the personal care industry for problem-solving and educating internal/external stakeholders
- Support the business team to carry out both internal application benchmarking studies as well as external projects
- Interpret, report, and present laboratory test results in the most efficient manner
- Monitor laboratory chemicals, consumables, and raw materials are constantly available for use and are meeting the standards and specifications
- General housekeeping, maintaining SOP and documents
- Enforce and ensure safety in place in accordance with company and local standards
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related
・Business English proficiency (effective in communicating business & technical matters to foreigners)
・Min. 7 years as Technical Specialist, in personal care and homecare industry, experienced in developing formulation in personal and household application, including in the formulation of skin care and decorative/ color cosmetics, working experience in foreign company
・Not a job hopper, willing to do business trips once every few months, proficiency in MS Office
・Motivated, initiative, smart, good report writing skill, good work ethics, organized, strong sense of accountability
