Job Description
- Preparing performing preventive maintenance and fix for machinery in factory
- Repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals
- Build and maintaining client relations by doing after service and support (Visiting client)
- Identifying and resolving machine issues, providing maintenance support assistance to customers
- Providing management reports, financial & business analysis to management
- Reporting to Japanese
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Min. Bachelor degree in technical engineering or similar
- Min. 3-4 years experience as similar role (Service/Mechanical engineer) in Machinery tool or component company
- Japanese and English (verbal and written, min. conversational level)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Have car license
- Working experience in Japanese company
