Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・Business level Mandarin proficiency (HSK 5, can speak and read) with conversational English proficiency ・Min. 3 years as Supply Chain Manager with 8 years of experience in quality screening and quality control of (international) tobacco raw materials, with experience in building supply assurance system for multiple tobacco products. ・Ability to recognize and apply the characteristics of tobacco products' auxiliary materials. ・Familiar with international and domestic tobacco raw and auxiliary material procurement channels, with rich contacts and channel resources, and with deep knowledge and understanding of the international and domestic tobacco raw material market. ・Proficient in the evaluation of tobacco raw materials (tobacco appearance quality) and sensory ability. ・Willing to work in Malang or Surabaya ・Careful and patient, strong communication skills and teamwork spirit <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in a Chinese company
