Job Description
- Assist customers with product usage, installation, and troubleshooting for cement additives and general chemicals for construction products. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications, applications, and industry standards. - Oversee correct product application on-site, ensuring compliance with technical guidelines. - Analyze customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions for projects. - Support the sales team with product demonstrations, technical input, and proposals. - Monitor product usage for quality and adherence to industry standards. - Document technical support cases and product performance reports. - Build long-term relationships through exceptional technical guidance and post-sale support. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・High school graduates (SMA/SMK) and Fresh graduates with relevant experience can apply ・D3 or S1 in Chemistry/Civil Engineering with min. 1 year as a field technician in applicators or the construction chemicals business is preferred ・Proficient in operating a computer and preparing reports ・Understanding of the application of construction chemicals at project sites and how to test the products. ・Willing to do business trips outside Jabodetabek ・Holder of SIM A/C ・Hard working and willing to do overtime if needed (Overtime pay is provided)
