Job Description
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and maintain high-quality standards
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary, addressing potential risks or delays
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and technicians, ensuring efficient use of materials, tools, and equipment
- Coordinate tasks and communication among all team members involved in the project
- Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and maintain safety protocols
- Provide updates to clients and address concerns, ensuring project expectations are met
- Update daily reports and perform other related duties as needed
- Perform other related duties as needed
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- High conversational English proficiency
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Supervisor, or in a similar role in construction, engineering, or related industries
- Experience in construction projects (specifically finishing painting/coating)
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Own car for operational purposes
