<Job Responsibilities>
- Draft report and submit on time
- Handle daily task like work schedule, meeting arrangement, guest reception, executive working area arrangement
- Translate and interpret company level meeting, external communication, work arrangement
- Translate and check company level document
- Arrange and take care of BoD meeting preparation
- Assist and do given task
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business Mandarin proficiency and Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 1 year as Executive Assistant
・Has high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
