Job Description
-Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s presence in the travel ecosystem.
-Identify and build partnerships with key players, including travel agents, OTAs, travel management system and other travel-related entities.
-Design and implement innovative corporate, consumer and bite-size embedded insurance products.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product development, compliance, and operational excellence.
-Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team.
-Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of industry innovations.
-Achieve revenue and growth targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
-Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from any major preferably from tourism, business, management, and related
-Have Business English skill
-Minimum 5 years of experience in travel insurance, the travel sector, or related industries as head position or 10 years experience as manager position
-Experience of business development, especially in B2B and B2B2C partnerships.
-Have good skills of communication and problem-solving
-Extensive network in the travel and insurance industries.
-Familiar with emerging trends in travel and insurance.
