Job Description
- Handle export-import customer activities effectively - Receive orders from the Customer Service division for cargo shipments and prepare the transportation fleet to execute orders and design place - Assist the Manager in monitoring trucking operations and delivery progress, and assist staff in handling shipment problems - Respond to customer complaints and consult with the Manager on handling them - Check vendor invoices related to transport costs and review rate quotations from all truck vendors - Prepare daily petty cash reports and monthly trucking reports - Coordinate work among all trucking team members - Check and sign internal memos and settlement of trucks - Check GPS for all fleet vehicles - Other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field - Proficient in business-level English - Minimum 2 years of experience handling Trucking Management in a Logistics company - Proficient in using Microsoft Office - Responsible, with high awareness, leadership skills, and the ability to quickly respond to any issues
