-Understand and be able to implement regulations / documents related to legality, ISO, K3, B3 -Set sales targets and achievements -Responsible for warehouse operations -Handle customer complaints and problems that occur in the warehouse area -Lead, cooperate and control the work of employees in the warehouse area -Other task also assigned
Job Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree from any major (preferably from a state university) -Experience from a logistics service company, with experience in a Japanese or foreign company for at least 4 years experience. Preferably Japanese -Experience in handling many customers -Must have experience in handling all these: Trucking including subcon + own vehicles and drivers, handling, packing, security (LSM, youth groups; will be a problem-solver, good organization and communication), marketing (doing rough calculations, planning capital and profit margins) - Willing to be rotated in other branches around Cikarang and Karawang - Own a car or motorcycle - Physically fit
