Job Description
- Handle and monitor the process of receiving and incoming order; materials,etc - Handle and monitor of goods order process to Factory / Vendors, release PO to Factory / Vendors. - Administering parts inventory area and safety stock program. - Administering documentation of goods, import and domestic, purchase order and confirmation order. - Monitor and report goods delivery, from Order taking, pre-shipment until delivery to warehouse / distributor. - Monitor and tracking of order, shipment and communicate with logistic section relating to import clearance - Direct involvement in monitoring and annual inventory audit. - Administering of Factory / Vendors / Distributors invoice (if any). - Some of administration job will be done through systems. - Cooperating with other departments. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree ・Min 1-2 years of experiene in warehousing/inventory for manufacture ・Certified SIO forklift ・Conversational English proficiency
