Architecture Engineering Staff or Assistant Manager (34K–45K) (SDG-114480) <Job responsibilities> • Check design and construction progress with our local partner (real estate developer) • Check design drawings as part of quality control. E.g., no risk of water leakage, enough sound insulation, etc. • Supervise construction site and check the building quality • Propose better designs in order to improve building quality. • Assess and analyze construction costs submitted by contractor • Interpret (Thai <-> Eng.) conversations during meetings and take minutes of meetings • Translate documents (Thai <-> Eng.) • Any other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male , age 28 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree • Bachelor's degree of Architecture • More than 4-5 years of working experience as an architecture engineering • Conversational-middle of English • PC skills - Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point/AutoCAD (much better to be able to use Illustrator/Photoshop) • Have work experience as a contractor (Hotel ,Condominium) • Have work experience as a consultant (Hotel ,Condominium) • Have work experience as a developer (Hotel ,Condominium) <Preferable Experience/Skill> • More than 4-5 years of working experience as a site architect Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong Working Hour: 9:00-17:40(Monday to Friday) About the Benefits 34,000–45,000THB About the company Product & Service: Hotel, Condominiums, detached houses, townhouses Business Type: Real Estate (Development, Management, Brokerage);
