Account Receivable Staff (AR) (20K–21K) (SDG-115086) <Job responsibilities> - Prepare invoices, tax invoices, and all Billing statements. - Check and Verify the accuracy of Sales-related documents. - Follow up on payments, Verify accuracy, and update accounting records. - Check and review Export invoices, customs declarations, and other relevant documents. - Record all domestic and international Sales invoice details in the accounting system. - Organize, collect, and compile all documents for monthly submission to the accounting office. - Prepare annual confirmation letters for outstanding receivables - Follow up on required documents for the accounting office. - Prepare monthly reports for submission to supervisors. - Conduct annual stock counts. - Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Female , age 22 - 30 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Accounting - At least 1 year of experience in Accounting Receivable as accounting staff - Fresh Graduates with account receivable internship Experience will be considered - Conversational Middle to High in English (To communicate with Japanese Manager, E-mail and documents) - Proficient in using MS office. - Able to drive with a driving license <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have knowledge of tax regulations under the revenue Code. - Able to work ASAP - Have attention to detail and thoroughness in work - Have Strong skills in accounting principles Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: ARL Lat Krabang Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday (Saturday: 1-2 times/month depending on the yearly company calendar)) About the Benefits 20,300–21,300THB About the company Product & Service: Cosmetics Business Type: Cosmetics;
