Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Process and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. - Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to the management - Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements by monthly, and yearly. - Prepare tax filing monthly, quarterly and annually. - Prepare year-end books for audit. - Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses. - Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations. - Process calculate cost of material with purchasing department - Other assigned works by Japanese manager <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ดำเนินการและดูแลการดำเนินงานประจำวันของแผนกบัญชี - จัดทำงบการเงินรายเดือน (งบดุล งบกำไรขาดทุน และงบกระแสเงินสด) และรายงานการวิเคราะห์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อฝ่ายบริหาร - ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลบัญชีและจัดทำรายงานหรืองบการเงินรายเดือนและรายปี - จัดทำแบบแสดงรายการภาษีรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และรายปี - จัดทำบัญชีสิ้นปีเพื่อการตรวจสอบ - จัดทำและดูแลการวิเคราะห์กระแสเงินสด - ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย ขั้นตอน และระเบียบปฏิบัติ - ดำเนินการคำนวณต้นทุนวัสดุกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น
Job Requirement
