Accounting Officer (AP) (20K–30K) (SDG-118408) <Job responsibilities> Mainly be responsible for Accounts Payable tasks, including invoice recording, stock cost tracking, and import expense reports. The role also involves coordination with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure inventory accuracy. May support Accounts Receivable and other accounting duties when needed. - Check and record account payable transactions in the accounting system - Prepare and verify stock transfer documents between warehouses - Prepare and verify documents for goods receiving and issuing - Prepare cost reports, Import taxes, and other related expenses for imported products - Coordinate with purchasing, Warehouse, and related departments to ensure stock accuracy - Support monthly closing and basic accounting tasks as assigned - Other tasks will Be assigned by Report Line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - At least 2 years of experiences in inventory accounting or related fields - Conversation Middle level in English (for documents) - Good understanding of basic accounting and financial reports - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Proficiency in the EXPRESS accounting software is an advantage - Experience in account closing Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday) About the Benefits 20,000–30,000THB About the company Product & Service: Reagents, Specialty Chemicals, Industrial Chemicals Business Type: General Trading Company;General Chemicals;
