Accounting Officer (Trading) (35K–43K) (SDG-111454) เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี (การค้า) <Job responsibilities> - Full scope of accounting (AR, AP, GL, inventory) - Handle monthly and annual financial statement (monthly and annual audit report) - Issue invoice, Prepare billing and Perform issue the receipts to customers - Record Fixed asset & Depreciation expense - Payment processes to suppliers - Prepare and submit Withholding tax and VAT and related (if any) to the revenue department) - Other duties assigned ＊Using SAP Business One <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ครอบคลุมระบบบัญชีทั้งหมด (AR, AP, GL, สินค้าคงคลัง) - จัดทำงบการเงินประจำเดือนและประจำปี (รายงานการตรวจสอบประจำเดือนและประจำปี) - ออกใบแจ้งหนี้, เตรียมใบแจ้งหนี้และดำเนินการออกใบเสร็จรับเงินให้กับลูกค้า - บันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายสินทรัพย์ถาวรและค่าเสื่อมราคา - กระบวนการชำระเงินให้กับซัพพลายเออร์ - จัดทำและนำส่งภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ถ้ามี) ให้กับกรมสรรพากร - หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ＊การใช้ SAP Business One
