After Sales Services Manager (50K–70K) (SDG-116970)

<Job responsibilities>
- This role focuses on building and nurturing Strong relationships with both clients and insurers to meet company objectives
- Oversee business Development activities and collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings.
- Responsible for driving the business Development of life insurance products.
- Key responsibilities include delivering effective employee benefit programs, promoting health-related initiatives, and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities
- Leveraging various channels, including social media platforms such as Line OA, to enhance engagement and service delivery.
- Manage Key accounts and cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to grow the company’s life insurance portfolio.
- Ensure all business Development activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Oversee and Support team members throughout the renewal process to achieve renewal targets.
- Advise and guide the team in negotiating policy terms and conditions, while resolving any related issues.
- Provide training and ongoing support to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Ensure accuracy in the renewal process and all related documentation.
Communicate with insurers to address client queries or provide additional information as needed.
- Participate in new staff orientation sessions and Provide presentations upon customer request.
- Handle the 24/7 hotline for client inquiries and support.
- Promote health-related initiatives to drive client engagement and support business growth strategies.
- Utilize Line OA and other digital channels to improve client communication and engagement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on business performance, Sales achievements, and market trends for senior Management

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 48 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years experience in After Sales Service, Customer Support in Life/ Health insurance Broker
- Management Experience with subordinates
- Conversational High level in English (both internal and external, email. case Solving etc.)
- Good communication, Strong negotiation skill, Excellent in presentation, communication skills, Able to manage relationship with Top-Management level
- Good in Computer literacy especially in Excel and Power Point. 
- Flexible to handle client contact in night time
- Comfort to visit and attend client meeting in upcountry such as Chonburi, Rayong (early morning time, evening time or even on Saturday)
- Having driving license
