Job Description

Air Freight Customer Service Assistant Manager  (40K–55K) (SDG-115480)

<Job responsibilities>
- Control and develop the Air Export customer service team to ensure efficient operations that align with customer requirements and company policies.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to enhance staff skills and abilities.
- Monitor and follow up with the team to ensure they understand their tasks and can complete them accurately.
- Support and advise the team in solving work-related issues and process challenges.
- Minimize unnecessary expenses or costs caused by human errors.
- Support the Customer Service Manager in analyzing problems and improving the team’s performance to reduce incidents and CCNs (Customer Complaint Notifications).
- Allocate tasks within the team based on the business type, service scope and clearly explain work procedures to avoid mistakes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare reports on incidents, accidents, and corrective measures (Incident/Accident/8D Reports).
- Review and verify shipment Data, including daily shipment Prompt reports and Profit & Loss reports.
- Motivate and guide the customer service team to increase revenue and profitability through effective strategies
- Other task assigned by the manager

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 32 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in any Freight Export Customer Service roles.
- At least 1 year of experience in manage team
- Conversational high in English, both written and spoken (communicate with Japanese general manager and clients)
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel.

Working Hour:          8:30-17:30(- Monday - Friday 08.30 am – 05.30 pm
