Assessment Staff (JP/Fresh graduate) (18K–20K) (SDG-111042) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายประเมินผล (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น/ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่) <Job responsibilities> ・Assess the documents about medical treatment and judge whether it is covered by insurance or not the following criteria. (The company will give you training about its criteria.) ・If needed, communicate with both the client and the hospital and ask Thai or Japanese questions to clarify the information. ・After judging, input the necessary data from documents in English and input them into the in-house system in Japanese and connect to other divisions handling the final judge. ・Other tasks as assigned by the Japanese manager <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> ・ประเมินเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการรักษาพยาบาลและตัดสินใจว่าอยู่ในความคุ้มครองของประกันหรือไม่ ตามเกณฑ์ต่อไปนี้ (บริษัทจะให้การอบรมคุณเกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์ของตน) ・หากจำเป็น ให้สื่อสารกับทั้งลูกค้าและโรงพยาบาลและถามคำถามภาษาไทยหรือญี่ปุ่นเพื่อชี้แจงข้อมูล ・หลังการตัดสิน ให้ป้อนข้อมูลที่จำเป็นจากเอกสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและป้อนเข้าระบบภายในเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น และเชื่อมต่อกับแผนกอื่นๆ ที่รับผิดชอบการตัดสินขั้นสุดท้าย ・งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 28 years old - Bachelor's degree ・Fresh graduates are welcomed ・Have basic PC skills in Excel and Word ・Be good at inputting data accurately ・Conversational level of Japanese (N4 level/Without JLPT qualification is fine) ・Conversational middle-level of English (The document from the hospital is in English.
