Assistant Production Manager (50K – 70K) (SDG-114516) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต Duties & Responsibilities: • Monitor daily production efficiency and scrap rate and summary to operation manager. • Support and training for the new employee together with supervisors and engineer. • Coordinate with QA department and production team, daily products quality issues. • Monitor the virgin materials regrind usage together with materials supervisors • Involve new products startup. • Training and develop people in good manufacturing practice. • Involve all the audit and new standard setup in each production department. • Provide all the monthly report production efficiency, scrap rate, machine, mold break down report to operations manager. • Involve all the project related to the production process instructed by operations Manager. • Other assigned tasks หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและอัตราเศษวัสดุในแต่ละวันและสรุปผลให้ผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการทราบ • สนับสนุนและฝึกอบรมพนักงานใหม่ร่วมกับหัวหน้างานและวิศวกร • ประสานงานกับแผนก QA และทีมผลิตเกี่ยวกับปัญหาคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ในแต่ละวัน • ตรวจสอบการใช้วัตถุดิบบริสุทธิ์ที่บดใหม่ร่วมกับหัวหน้างานด้านวัตถุดิบ • ดูแลเกี่ยวข้องกับการเริ่มต้นผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ • ฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากรในแนวทางปฏิบัติด้านการผลิตที่ดี • ดูแลเกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจสอบและการตั้งค่ามาตรฐานใหม่ในแต่ละแผนกการผลิต • จัดทำรายงานประสิทธิภาพการผลิต อัตราเศษวัสดุ เครื่องจักร รายงานการสลายแม่พิมพ์ประจำเดือนทั้งหมดให้ผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการทราบ • ดูแลเกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการผลิตตามคำสั่งของผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ • งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 40-48 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s degree in engineering field (Only). • At least 5 years’ experience as production role (injection process) in any manufacturing. • At least 3 years in management experience as supervisor - Assistant level above. • Strong knowledge of molding and injection process. • To be hard-working and initiative attitude. • Have Leadership skills, Problem solving skills, Coaching skills, and Team player. • Advance conversation middle-high level in English • Able to commute by themselves • TOEIC 600 up is preferable.
