Audit Director (150K-200K) (SDG-77148) ผู้อำนวยการตรวจสอบ <Job Responsibilities> - Engagement Leader and Signer role, signing experience an advantage - Issues audit reports in accordance with professional standards and Firm policies - Perform other special audit assignments on a case-by-case basis - Assist the team in providing high quality of services to clients - Designs audit approaches to complicated, specialized, or new situations - Monitor and improve the working procedures - Manages engagement problems and client issues - Retain existing clients and secure new clients for the Firm - Supervise and train the Managers, Seniors, and Junior Staff in the team - Manages staff and assesses staff for annual performance reviews <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-45 years old - Bachelor's degree - 12++ years of working experiences in Auditing function from Auditing/Accounting firms - CPA Certificate is required - Business level of verbal and written in English <In detail > - Strong knowledge of best practice reporting - High technical ability, excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities. - A positive and self-motivated attitude, willing to learn and be a good team player. - Confident communication and presentation skills, able to discuss complex issues with senior internal and client personnel. - Strong command of English language, both written and spoken. - Ability to work in high performance teams and under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
