Job Description
BIM Modeler - Building Information Modeling (25K–30K) (SDG-114457) <Job responsibilities> - Create 2D/3D drawing. - Provide CAD drafting and BIM modeling support. - Demonstrate a Strong understanding of construction workflow processes and priorities. - Manage multiple and complex projects while meeting the requirements successfully. - Troubleshoot any BIM-related issues. - Contribute to documenting, disseminating - Monitoring standards, best practices, and industry advancements. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and refine designs - Ensure that models are accurate, complete, and adhere to project specifications - Incorporate data and information into models, such as cost estimates, material specifications, and scheduling information - Generate reports and Visualizations from models - Communicate and design information to stakeholders - Continuously update and refine models as project requirements change - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male , age 25 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's Degree in Any Engineering field. - At least 3 Years of experience in Construction, Furnishings, and BIM - Revit 2D 3D, Drawing, Shop Drawing, As-built Drawing, Construction, Asbuilt Drawing, Bim 360, Modeling - English conversational middle to high level (E-mail, document and report) Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, SAT: Required when there is urgent work *Working on holiday (8 hrs) can be used as 1 day of substitution leave) About the Benefits 25,000–30,000THB About the company Product & Service: Construction site Business Type: Construction / Home Building;
