Building staff (CAD draftsman/Chonburi office) (25K–30K) (SDG-117534) <Job responsibilities> - Preparing and revising architectural drawings and structural drawing - Drafting using CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) - Collaborating with the Design team to ensure high-quality drawings - Quickly updating and managing drawings in response to Design changes - Other duties assigned by manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree ・Minimum of a technical college diploma or higher in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field ・At least 2-3 years of experience in CAD drafting ＊Entry-level candidates may be considered if they are willing to undergo technical training ・Basic level of English ・Proficiency with key CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) ・Fundamental knowledge and skills in creating both 2D and 3D drawings ・Basic understanding of building codes and related regulations ・Strong communication and teamwork skills ・High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy <Preferrable Skill / Experience> ・Conversational middle level in English both speaking and writing (conversational level) ・Working experiences from construction business ・Working experiences from Japanese companies Language Skill English level : Basic Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Amata Center Office Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits 25,000–30,000THB About the company Product & Service: Factory Construction Business Type: Construction / Home Building;
