Business Consultant / HR Consultant (Accounting & HR Services / Japanese Speaking) (20K–30K) (SDG-109677) ที่ปรึกษาธุรกิจ / ที่ปรึกษา HR (บัญชีและบริการ HR / ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) <Job responsibilities> - Work on an assigned project in an area of business consulting and HR consulting field - Conduct the research, study, and analysis with team members in order to Prepare the proposal and deliver the output to customers - Present the output of the study to customers successfully - Act as a Consultant to Provide the guidelines for customers as requested - Other related tasks to the Consultant area <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ทำงานในโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมายในสาขาที่ปรึกษาธุรกิจและที่ปรึกษาทรัพยากรบุคคล - ดำเนินการวิจัย ศึกษา และวิเคราะห์ร่วมกับทีมงานเพื่อเตรียมข้อเสนอและส่งมอบผลลัพธ์ให้กับลูกค้า - นำเสนอผลงานการศึกษาให้ลูกค้าได้สำเร็จ - ทำหน้าที่เป็นที่ปรึกษาเพื่อจัดทำแนวทางให้กับลูกค้าตามที่ร้องขอ - งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพื้นที่ที่ปรึกษา
Job Requirement
