Business Development Assistant Manager(N2 up) (40K–60K) (SDG-117913) <Job responsibilities> - New product development: Collaborate with the Japan HQ team and China factory team to create new products for the domestic market in Thailand and selected ASEAN countries, including Singapore and Malaysia. - Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to drive business growth. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with various departments to ensure smooth product launches, ensuring all aspects of the business are aligned for success. - Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market Research to gather critical data, including competitors’ products, market volume and trends, and consumer insights, to analyze the market situation and inform strategic decisions. - Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing sales proposal materials, developing marketing communication plans for new product development and providing strategic marketing insights. - Social Media Marketing: Develop and Analyze SNS Marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and engagement.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s degree or higher. - At least 3 years of experience in marketing, new business development, and sales planning in any industry - Conversational high in Japanese, at least N2 (required for meetings and reporting to the Japan Head Quarter) - Conversational high in English to communicate with external (Clients and suppliers via Conversational, emails, and documents) - Able to use Microsoft office - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience with Home Electric products, LED lights, and plastic Home appliances is preferable Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : Conversational Workplace Area: BTS Asok Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits 40,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: Home Electric products, LED lights Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment;Home Electronics;
