Business Development Director (200K–300K) (SDG-114557)

<Job responsibilities>
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase company Revenue and market share.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and customer segments that align with company goals.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Create business plans, forecasts, and growth strategies that align with overall company objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Establish partnerships, collaborations, and alliances that contribute to the growth of the business.
- Lead efforts to secure new clients and retain existing ones by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Identify and close new business deals through consultative sales techniques and negotiations.
- Oversee the Sales process, ensuring that proposals, contracts, and agreements are aligned with company standards.
- Develop pricing models and negotiate contract terms to maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and Develop the business development TEAM, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product development teams to drive business initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
- monitor and report on business development progress and results to senior Management, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and Sales metrics.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and Sales performance to continually refine business development strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and achieve business goals.
- Develop and manage budgets for business development activities and initiatives.
- Ensure that Resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to Support growth objectives.
- Continuously evaluate business development practices to identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage technology and digital tools to streamline business development efforts and enhance customer engagement.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Business level of English to Communicate with foreign investor and report line
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of generating new business, closing deals, and expanding markets.
- Strong Experience in strategic planning, Sales strategy, and TEAM leadership.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and Build Strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software, business development tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a TEAM in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a Strong focus on achieving results.
- High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Creative, innovative, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
