Business Operation Staff (Customer Support) (27K–32K) (SDG-117977) <Job responsibilities> 1. Delivery control - Process order input to system - To monitor delivery on time and report to customer (order balance) - Expedite and Negotiate with the factory for delivery improvement - Contact supplier, forwarder and broker to arrange shipment - To adjust delivery request based on customer's requirement - To cancel order according to customer's requirement - Analyse current delivery supply to customer - Manage Service performance and Report KPI results to team leader monthly 2. Stock management - To upload forecast and monitor forecast delivery situation - To analyse forecast and customer demand trends - To take advance action of stock adjustment based on current demand situation - Analyse the cause of slow-moving stock and manage the slow-moving cargo - Manage stock and Report situation with team leader monthly - Return or transfer cargo to clear dead stock - Issue scrap proposal form - Check physical inventory at warehouse 3. Negotiation & Problem solving - Understand customer requirements and offer a better choice or Service to customers - Negotiated with customers for win-win solutions - Visit customers for negotiating or Solving any issues related with operation
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Female , age 22 - 25 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in any field - At least 1 year experience in Customer Support/Customer Service from trading company - Have Experience in delivery control and stock management - Conversational high level in English (for communication with Japanese staff and Japanese customers and oversea suppliers) - Good Computer ability, Excel skills (Vlook up/ If/Pivot) - Details oriented and enjoy operating the system - Can Work under pressure and be Patient - Have a service mind and understand customers' nature - Have a team Work concept <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience from Electronics Trading company - Have Experience in Coordinate with supplier in overseas - TOEIC Score 600+ - Can start working immediately Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday, Time-In: 07:30 - 09:00 AM.
