Career Advisor (Engineer Team, Fresh graduates are welcomed) (22K-25K) (SDG-116693) In this role, you will recruit candidates across engineering functions and work closely with the RGF client advisor team to provide HR solutions to clients. - Maintain strong relationships among candidates by strategically controlling your actions to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system - Sourcing potential candidates through job boards and other sources. - Deeply understand the candidates through interviews. - Consult and advise the candidate on how to maximize the possibility to reach success in their career, by providing the job market tendency and information. - Share the full information of the candidates with the Recruiting Consultant team and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed. - Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process. - Cooperate with the Recruiting Advisor so that both candidate and client will be satisfied in the job seeking/recruitment. - Implement any kinds of activities to realize the purpose written on the top < Training for new employees > - Around 1 week of training - Meeting and discussion to share knowledge regularly - OJT < Skills you can gain > - Recruiting, HR management, problem-solving, and management skills
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an engineering role or a related field. - Fresh graduates with Engineering or Science degrees who have completed internships in their field are welcomed. - Willingness to engage with KPIs and participate in sales management activities. - Has strong ownership and boldness to challenge any difficulties - Have a strong client/customer-oriented and result-oriented mindset - Ability to communicate clearly with humbleness - Interest in recruitment Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday-Friday) About the Benefits 22,500–25,000THB About the company Product & Service: Human resource solution provider Business Type: Staffing / Recruiting;
