Chief Financial Officer(Fashion Retail) (200K–250K) (SDG-116143) <Job responsibilities> • Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting • Advising on long-term business and financial planning • Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets • Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group • Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - At least 10+ years of overall experience in both the Finance & accounting roles. - Proven experience of at least 5 years as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior financial leadership in the fashion retail. - Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial Reporting requirements. - Experienced in preparing IPO of set - Have CPD license. - Aptitude in decision-making and Problem-solving. - Excellent leadership in leading the team to optimize business value and engage with key internal and external stakeholders. - Business of English level. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Master's degree in Finance or MBA - Experienced from Public company Limited. - Have CPA license.
