<Job Responsibilities>
Improve the efficiency process of Bill Payment confirmation in order to ensure accuracy on process and time reduction
Control and completed the sending process of pay in slip to the customer
Control and completed process of Field Collection Report (FCR) such as Fee payment and Any related report
Monitoring all administration tasks such as Purchasing, SMS sending, Office Asset Monitoring, Manpower Requisition, Office Equipment and Any letters that related with.
Document management to support for both of customer and related unit and department.
Improve the process of administration and find the way for the system support
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-36 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
Experience in Business administration / Collection Admin at least 3 years in finance, leasing or bank business
Good command of English
Good Computer literature in Microsoft Office
Strong leadership and problem solving
Good managerial skill
Systematic thinking , Accuracy and thorough and Customer oriented
