Commercial Manager (90K–150K) (SDG-117343) <Job responsibilities> [Supplier & Procurement Management] - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best value in materials and services. - Negotiate contracts and pricing to align with project budgets and sustainability goals. - Oversee procurement strategies to Support timely and eco-friendly project execution. [Business Planning & Strategy] - Collaborate with senior leadership to Create and implement long-term business plans. - Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to guide growth opportunities. - Monitor commercial performance and drive profitability while aligning with green initiatives. [Client Engagement & Relationship Management] - Identify and approach potential clients to expand business opportunities. - Build and maintain Strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. - Represent the company in presentations, bids, and negotiations. [Project Oversight & Coordination] - work closely with project managers to Oversee the commercial aspects of ongoing construction projects. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. - Address any contractual or financial issues as they arise during project execution.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. - At least 10 years of experience in a Sales, Business Development, Project Management, or Commercial role within the construction industry, with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects. - Conversational high level of English (suppliers, clients, Verbal and Writing) - Expertise in contract law, procurement, and risk management. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, or similar). - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Have personal car and Driving license <Preferable Skill / Experience> - a Strong understanding of green building practices and sustainability principles is a plus.
