Corporate Risk Management Manager (60K–80K) (SDG-109507)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริหารความเสี่ยงองค์กร
<Job responsibilities>
- Organizing the Risk Management Committee (RMC) and preparing updates to the Board of Directors’ meeting.
- Facilitating Enterprise Risk management working Committee (ERMWC) as across-functional platform and working cross-functionally.
- Leading Enterprise Risk management process, including
1) Identify Enterprise Risk,
2) Enterprise Risk Assessment
3) KRI and Mitigation Plan
4) Risk Activity Monitoring and Development (2nd Line)
- Promoting Risk Culture and Driving Mitigation plan in Action.
- Initiating and Implement business Continuity management
1) Emergency Response
2) Crisis Management,
3) Disaster Recovery and
4) Business Continuity.
- Engaging in Risk Controlling System of the Organization (3rd Line)
<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดตั้งคณะกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง (RMC) และจัดเตรียมรายงานการประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท
- อำนวยความสะดวกให้กับคณะทำงานการจัดการความเสี่ยงขององค์กร (ERMWC) ในฐานะแพลตฟอร์มที่ครอบคลุมทุกฟังก์ชั่นและทำงานร่วมกันข้ามฟังก์ชั่น
- กระบวนการจัดการความเสี่ยงขององค์กรชั้นนำ รวมถึง
1) ระบุความเสี่ยงขององค์กร
2) การประเมินความเสี่ยงขององค์กร
3) แผน KRI และมาตรการบรรเทาผลกระทบ
4) การติดตามและพัฒนากิจกรรมด้านความเสี่ยง (สายที่ 2)
- ส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมความเสี่ยงและขับเคลื่อนแผนการลดความเสี่ยงในการปฏิบัติ
- การเริ่มต้นและดำเนินการจัดการความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ
1) การตอบสนองฉุกเฉิน
2) การจัดการเหตุการณ์
3) การกู้คืนจากภัยพิบัติและ
4) ความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ
- การดำเนินการด้านระบบการควบคุมความเสี่ยงขององค์กร (สายที่ 3)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Risk Management, Engineer, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- 5+ years of Experience as Risk management or strategy management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fluently in English
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a Fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fluently in English (TOEIC 800 up)
- Proficiency in MS office (MS Excel (Advance level), Word, PowerPoint)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a Fast-paced environment.
- Proven Experience in Risk management is preferable.
- Well established Business background (Utilities, Energy, Industrial Services or related field)
- Analytical, Logical and Critical thinking
- Interpersonal and communication skills (cross-functional)
- Excellent problem-solving and Analytical skills
- knowledge of Microsoft project is advantageous

- ปริญญาตรี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาวิชาการบริหารความเสี่ยง วิศวกร ธุรกิจ การบัญชี การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 5 ปีในด้านการจัดการความเสี่ยงหรือการจัดการกลยุทธ์
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- ความสามารถในการจัดการหลายโครงการในสภาพแวดล้อมที่รวดเร็ว
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้คล่อง (TOEIC 800 ขึ้นไป)
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ MS Office (MS Excel (ระดับสูง), Word, PowerPoint)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ความสามารถในการจัดการโครงการหลายโครงการในสภาพแวดล้อมที่รวดเร็ว
- ประสบการณ์ที่พิสูจน์ได้ในการจัดการความเสี่ยงจะเป็นที่ต้องการ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรกิจมาอย่างยาวนาน (สาธารณูปโภค, พลังงาน, บริการอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- การคิดวิเคราะห์ เชิงตรรกะ และเชิงวิพากษ์
- ทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการสื่อสาร (ข้ามสายงาน)
- มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาและวิเคราะห์ที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโครงการ Microsoft จะเป็นประโยชน์
