Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance and advice to customers using organization’s products or services
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
- Investigating and solving customer related issues which may be complicated
- In charge of accurate records of discussion or correspondence with customers
- Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service
- Write reports analyzing the customer service
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
[MUST]
- Thai Nationality, Male & Female, Age 30-39
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related fields
- At least 3 year’ experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Good Command in English(Business Level) & Japanese (N3-N4)
PERFER
- Experience in the similar industry
- Work experience in Japanese company
- Energetic personality, Good Interpersonal Skill and able to deal with various types of people
- Experience dealing with suppliers/clients
Workplace Area: (BTS) Asoke
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000-40,000 THB/Month
